Did you ever wake up and realize that you’re unhappy with a certain part of your life, or your life as a whole? Maybe you decided that you’re dissatisfied with your current weight, or maybe hate the fact that you smoke one or two packs of cigarettes a day. Whatever it may be that causes you sadness, there is one thing you must realize now if you’re ever going to change it: You are the creator of your unhappiness.
That may be hard to swallow at first, but it’s true. The habits you’ve created along the way have weaved a certain pattern of thought within you, therefore, the expectations you have for yourself form the life around you.
